Michael M. Michigami
Chairman and CEO

Michael is a former CEO of three public companies, including Digital Microwave, Datapoint, and Electronic Associates. In addition, he held senior management positions at United Technologies Corporation, General Electric Capital, Booz Allen Hamilton, Texas Instruments, and Data General. Michael served on several corporate boards, as well as multiple community and educational boards. He received his BA in psychology from Trinity College and his MBA in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Sanjay Jinturkar
CTO

Sanjay brings over twelve years of experience in software design and implementation to LegiTime. Prior to joining LegiTime, Sanjay was Associate VP and Director of Software at Sandbridge Technologies, where he managed the design and development of software tools and communications software. Prior to Sandbridge, he managed the software tools group at StarCore. He has a Ph.D in Computer Science from University of Virginia and holds more than 20 publications and 10 patents.

John Swain
Chief Science Officer

John is a physicist and computer scientist who has conducted cutting-edge scientific research over many years, most recently while based at Northeastern University in Boston and CERN in Geneva. He is a co-founder of GridIron Software (Ottawa) and the originator of the key mathematical concepts on which LegiTime DOL technology is based. Holds a PhD in physics from the University of Toronto.

John Ciarlante
Director of Engineering

John is a seasoned technologist with a record of delivering mission-critical hardware and software products for the Telecommunication and Banking industries. He has held senior technical positions in diverse environments from startups to large companies including multiple positions across the US with Lotus and IBM. He attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie NY and holds four patents.
